Part 1: Dodgeball
Part 2:
Partner WOD AMRAP 20 of 1 Burpee, 1 KBS, 1 Cal Row.
Alternate every min. Add one rep every 2 min.
Scale: KB Weight
Notes: Stimulus = Endurance/Stamina. Part 2 – Min 1 & 2 are 1 rep of each, Min 3 & 4 are 2 reps of each, etc…Rower must be reset for each athlete each minute. Athlete cycles through all 3 exercises as much as possible in 1 min, may not get all 3 exercises done in later rounds. P1 always starts with burpees, P2 always takes over where P1 left off. Score is total Reps.
