Repeat at the 10 min mark.

P1 WBS, P2 HS Hold.

Split Work Equally.

RX+ 30/20, RX 20/14, L2 16/12, L1 12/8

Notes: 2 rounds of 10 min. No rest between. Should finish 120 before 10 min is up

Scale:  HS Hold –> Box L Hold, If can’t get 60 WBS by 4:30 scale the total number down.
