WOD: “Just for fun”

Teams of 3 complete:

50 DU (150 SU) & 250m Row,

then 40 Abmat sit-ups and 20 Burpees,

then 30 Deadlifts & 15 Front Squats,

then 200m Run together.

All partners must do each exercise before moving to next group.
