Partner WOD (only work while partner holds, all works stops if partner drops)

*50 Front Squats switch every 5, while one works other partner holds in Front rack, (if any bar drops add 200m)

*50 Pullups, switch every 5, while one works other partner hangs on bar, (if hanging partner drops before 5 pullups add 200m)

*50 Push ups, switch every 5,  while one works other partner holds in plank, (if planking partners loses plank (knees down or butt up) add 200m)

200m rope run.
