In teams of 3 complete:

100 Speed Steps (each),

90 Cal Row,

80 Pushup Burpees,

70 V_Ups,

60 BackSquats,

50 Power Cleans,

400m Runs (each),

30 DU’s (each, 2 SU:1 DU),

20 S2O,

10 HSPU

and back up. (30 min time cap.)

Only 1 team member can work at a time, 1st 5 exercises alt every 10 reps, 2nd 5 alt every 5. Exercise for each can break up anyway.
