Strength: EMOM 10 – Hand Stand Holds – 20 sec or 10 min to work on kicking up or Freestanding Handstands.

WOD: “Swip Swap”

10 RFT – 200m Run/250m Row, 5 Push Press, 5 Burpees over bar.

Alt Row/Run.

Rx 95/65, L2 85/55, L1 75/45

Notes: Handstand scale can be planks with feet on box.

Most of your time for this WOD will be on the Row/Run so push your self there and move through the rest quickly and efficiently.
