Notes

 Target: 9:00-15:00. Use light loading on the deadlift. Choose a loading that allows you to finish 15 unbroken
reps in the warm-up. Utilize a push-up variation or rep scheme that allows you to finish 15 unbroken push-ups in the warm-up. For the workout, you want to try to have a push-up version that you can always finish in 3 sets or less.  This is a fast and fun workout. Challenge yourself to start off with as many unbroken sets as you can. Add another challenge by performing all of your deadlifts with a double overhand grip
