Warm-up:

AMWUP 5 of 5 Inchworms, 5 V-Ups, 10 Single Leg DL (5 each leg), 10 KB Circles on 1 Leg(5 each way/leg)

Mobility:

Prayer Stretch – 1 minute, Couch Stretch – 1 minute each leg, 20 Pass Thru’s, Pancake Stretch – 1 min (10 Min)

Part 1:

EMOM 8 – 8 Weighted Situps. Choose a weight that you can do all 8 rounds.

Part 2:

4 RFT of 30 RKBS, 20 Goblet Squats, 10 KB Push Press (each arm).

Scale:

Weighted Situps => Regular Situps, KB => DB 

Notes: Challenge yourself to not put the KB down each round. If you feel your KB is light do 5RFT.

Alternate (On your own):

Part 1: Same

Part 2: 4 RFT of 30 Front Squats, 20 Push Press, 10 OHS. (75/55)

Notes: Challenge yourself to not put the bar down each round.

Cooldown:  Roll Quads – 1 minute, Up dog -1 minute (2 min)
