Scale: Squat Snatch -> Power Snatch/OHS(if able) or Power Snatch only. V-Ups -> Single Leg, DU-> Unbroken SUx3
Notes: Stimulus – Muscle Endurance. No dropping of the bar at all. 1 Rep starts and finishes on the floor. Lighter weight should allow for larger sets on the snatch. Focus and be composed on jump rope
