Part 1: Every 2 min for 14 min – Squat Snatch x 3 @ 70% 1RM

Part 2: AMRAP 15 – 10 V-Ups, 20 TNG Power Snatch, 20 Unbroken DU

RX 95/65, L2 75/50, L1 55/35.

Scale: Squat Snatch -> Power Snatch/OHS(if able) or Power Snatch only.   V-Ups -> Single Leg, DU-> Unbroken SUx3

Notes: Stimulus – Muscle Endurance. No dropping of the bar at all. 1 Rep starts and finishes on the floor. Lighter weight should allow for larger sets on the snatch. Focus and be composed on jump rope
