General Warm-up:

2 min Bike or Row. 

Mobility:

Couch Stretch – 1 minute per leg, Pretzel Stretch – 1 minute per leg. Lax Ball Shoulders – 1 minute per shoulder. 

Warm-up:

AMWUP 5 – 5 Inchworms, 5 Jumping Squats, 5 Push-Ups, 20 Plank Jacks 

WOD:

5 Rounds of 1 min Bike, 1 min Rest, 30 Sec Bike 30 sec Rest. 2 minutes rest, Clean then 5 Rounds of 1 min Row, 1 min Rest, 30 Sec Row 30 sec Rest. 2 Scores: Total Distance Bike and Row

Notes:

1 to 1 work to rest so try to keep a steady pace throughout this workout. 2 minute break between sections also.
