Part 2: EMOM 19 – Min 1 15 KBS, Min 2 – 14 Alt DB Snatch, Min 3 – 10 Step Over w/KB & DB, Min 4 Rest

Scale: Can scale qty if athletes can’t finish under 45 sec in beginning.

Notes: Part 1: Make sure weight remains in contact with chest. Part 2: Unbroken sets for all.
