Part 2:

In 10 minutes: 1200/950m Bike, 50 Burpees, 50 RKBS.

In time left AMRAP WBS.

RX 70/53, L2 62/44, L1 53/35. 

Goal 2 min left for WBS

Scale: Bike => Time cap, Burpees =>less

Notes: Stimulus = Endurace/Strength. Part 1 is a medium weight. You should push on 1st part of WOD to allow 2+ min for WBS. Choose scaling accordingly.
