10 Spidermans 
10 Scap Pushup
10 Airsquats
10 T Spine Rotation

Mobility:

Couch Stretch – 2 minutes each side, Lat stretch – 1 minute each side

Part 1:

4 sets Shoulder Taps to Pushup x 8 , Rest 60 between sets

Part 2:

4 rounds of AMRAP 3 

Goblet Lunge (Left and Right)
Goblet Squat
KB/DB Good AM

Rest 2 minutes between AMRAPs
