General Warm Up:

400m run

Mobility:

Squat Hold – :90 seconds, Child’s Pose – 1 minute

WOD Warm up:

200m run then 10 reps of KBS, Push Ups, WBS with light weight then 5 reps of each with WOD weight.

WOD:

Partner WOD for time:

800m run alternate every 200m then 100 KBS, 100 Push Ups, 100 WBS then 800m run alternate every 200m.  KBS, PU, WBS must be split evenly.

Rx 62/44, L2 44/35 L1 35/26

Cooldown:

200m walk
