General Warm-Up:

1 minute jump rope then 1st Round – 5 squats w/3 sec hold at bottom, 5 negative push ups, 5 strict pull ups or ring rows, 5 Abmat sit ups, 2nd Round 10 Squats, 10 Pushups, 5 Kipping Pullups or Ring Rows.

Movement Standards & Prep:

Pullups/Ring Rows, Pushups, Situps, Squats

WOD:

“Angie”

For time:
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats

or

“An-Gee”

10 Rounds of 10 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 10 Situps, 10 Squats

Scale:

Pullups => Ring Rows, Pushups => Box

Cooldown:

Lax ball Pecs, Foam Roll Lats, Quads

Notes:

Angie is a lot of volume. If you have not been consistent or do not think you are ready for 100 Pullups and Pushups at once please do Angee!!! 10 Rounds of each.
