Strength: EMOM 12 – 2 TGU @ Moderate weight, Alternate arms with odd/even

WOD: ” Frantastic”

21-15-9 of Pullups, DB Thrusters, Cal Row.

Rx 45/30, L2 35/20, L1 25/15

Notes: DON”T go to heavy on the TGU. Stay moderate and use good form.

Longer than traditional Fran with some rowing. Heart rate will still be high, try to use the rowing to bring it back down.
