Strength: Squat Cleans 6×2 @ 80% 1RM, Rest 2 min btw.

WOD: “Hang in there”

400m Run, 5 Hang Cleans, 300m Run, 10 Hang Cleans, 200m Run, 15 Hang Cleans, 100m Run, 20 Hang Cleans.

RX 115/80, L2 95/65, L1 75/50

Notes: Moderately heavy cleans, focus on speed under the bar. WOD will challenge your grip, you want to try and do cleans unbroken. Not a heavy weight.

METCON

5×5 Front Squats, 5 x 5 Push Press, 5 x 5 DB Row (each arm).

WOD 200m Row, 20 WBS, 300m Run, 15 WBS, 400m Row, 10 WBS, 400m Run, 10 WBS, 300m Row, 15 WBS, 200m Run, 20 WBS. (If you stop WBS = 5 burpees)
