Strength: Wide Stance Box Squats – Build to a 3RM. *When you sit down on your box, your hips should not be lower than parallel, and ideally they’re even an inch or two above parallel. The goal here is to get some HEAVY weight on the bar to get a stimulus that you don’t normally get with our other strength movements.

WOD: “Resilience”

2 RFT – 40 KBS, 20 SA KB OHS (10R/10L) (8 min Cap)

3 x 10 BB Back Squats, 3 x 10 Good Morns.1 Max Plank.

WOD: AMRAP 20 – Partners. P1 – Plank 1 min, P2 – 10 KBS, 10 Goblet Squats, 10 Squats.
