Notes: Stimulus = Engine. Part 1 – If you don’t know your 1RM, Strict press should be 2 weights that you don’t struggle with. WOD is an all out sprint, Pick a number of burpees and weight you can go unbroken after your sprint row. You should be on your back after this WOD.
