5, 3, 3, 2, 1 Build to 1 RM

Rest 2 min between sets

WOD: “Rocky”

100 Pushups for time,

everytime you break do 5 V-Ups

    I agree with both Steph and Jeff. I could not make it to class because of the cancellation so I figured no problem. …I’ll do this “simple WOD” in the basement. Boy, was I wrong. I started strong with 25 pushups on the first round but never managed more than 8 in the next 10 attempts. With all that being said….my time 13:16 RX.
