WOD: “Shootout”

AMRAP 15 – 2,4,6,8,10…. Of

SA KB Lunges, x10 DU(x20 SU), V-Ups.

RX 44/35, L2 35/26, L1 26/18

Notes: Can us either arm on lunges but must alternate legs. Jump rope will elevate HR and make V-Ups more difficult.


EMOM 8 – 5-8 Reverse BB Rows.

WOD: Same as Main, can sub suitcases for V-Ups.
