Part 1: Snatch Complex – 1 Power Snatch, 1 Snatch Balance, 1 Hang Squat Snatch. 5 sets adding weight each time.
Part 2: 4 RFT – 5 Hang Snatch, 10 Lat Burpees Over Bar, 50 DU.
Snatch weight is last weight from Part 1.
