Part 1: EMOM 15 – Alt between HSPU, Pistol and BMU Progressions

Part 2: AMRAP 10 – 1 BMU, 2 HSPU, 3 Pistols (each Leg), 2 BMU, 3 HSPU, 4 Pistols …… Add 1 rep every round.

Scale: BMU -> C2B, PU, Jumping C2B. HSPU -> AbMat, Box, BC, Push-up. Pistol -> Box, Toe down

Notes: Athletes without the exercises should do some portion of the progressions in the EMOM. Athletes with the movements can use the progressions as warm-up for the WOD with a round or two of the movements. Part 2: The 1st few rounds will go quickly so don’t redline
