EMOM 21 choose 3 movements to work on Alternate through for 7x each.
Notes: During Open we have programmed EMOM on Thursdays for athletes to work on goal movements or any movement that need extra attention. It will enable movement but a lower intensity since Opens tend to be intense physically and mentally. If you choose Olympic lifts suggest working on different pieces, like pulls, dealift Olympic lift style, snatch balances.
Scaling: Part 2 – same, choose rep scheme for about 30 seconds of work if not doing Opens.
