Scale: L2 Death by Strict PU & Deficit Push-ups (25# plates). L1 Death by Burpees & Wall Sit Presses.

Notes: Stimulus = Endurance. Alternate Exercises. (ie 1 BMU, 2 HSPU, 3 BMU.etc.) Once you fail to hit the required number continue with the other exercise until you can’t complete the required reps in a minute. You can combine movements from RX, L2 and L1.
