10 Burpee to Target (6″ above reach)
One Max Set of Thrusters, once you stop repeat everything until you get to 100 total Thrusters.
RX 115/85  L2 13/10 Cal Row, 8 Burpees, 95/65. L1 10/8 Cal Row, 6 Burpees, 85/55 20+

Notes: This WOD will test your resolve. Pick a weight you know you can get at least 10 out of the gate but don’t go light. It should be slightly higher than your usual Thruster WOD weight. Those of you that skipped Wednesday because of the “Mystery WOD” will wish you came Wednesday instead.

METCON:

3×10 Split Squats (5R/5L), 3 x 10 DB Row (10R/10L)

WOD. 15/12 Cal Row, 10 Burpees to plate, Max Pushups, repeat until you hit 100 Pushups.
