Part 1: Tabata Planks (Rest 2 min) Tabata Side Planks

Part 2: 400m Run, 20 Pullups,

300m Run, 30 Pushups,

200m Run, 40 Situps,

100m Run, 50 Squats.

Scale: Part 1 – Planks>Hands, Part 2 – Run> 300,200,100,100, Pullups>Ring Rows

Notes: Stimulus = Speed.

Part 1: Core work can add wight to make planks more difficult.

Part 2: You should be pushing to finish this WOD AFAP. Runs get shorter and movements have low reps.
