6 Bar Muscle-Ups
12 Deadlifts
18 Box Jump Overs
Then, 2 Rounds of:
4 Bar Muscle-Ups
8 Deadlifts
12 Box Jump Overs
Finally, 2 Rounds of:
2 Bar Muscle-Ups
4 Deadlifts
8 Box Jump Overs

RX 225/155, 275/185, 315/205 L2 185/125,225/155. 275/185 L1 135/95, 185/125, 225/155 RX + Ring MU, RX weights.

Scale: MU -> 10-8-6 C2B, 12-10-8 RR, Box Overs -> Step Overs

Notes: Stimulus – Muscular Endurance.

This WOD will work the legs with DL getting heavier. Make sure to keep focused on box jump overs. It should take 3 min or less per round so scale weights accordingly.
