Part 1: Clean warm-up

Part 2: 10 – 1 min rounds of 10 burpees over bar, max rep power cleans. Rest 2 min between rounds.

RX 155/105, L2 135/95, L1 115/75

Scale: Less burpees per test.

Notes: Stimulus = max effort.

This interval workout contains 2 min rest periods so that each round can be treated as a sprint. Reduce the burpee reps so you still have 20-30 seconds for cleans when you fatigue in later rounds. Pick a weight for the clean that is moderate, yet still allows you to cycle several reps.
