3 RFT of 15 Pullups (Jump) & 15 Squat Cleans.

METCON:

3 x 10 Med Ball Squat Clean, 3 x 10 KB Chops, 3 x 10 Turkish Situps

WOD: 4 rounds of AMRAP 3 – Row 10 Cal, 10 Burpees, 10 Suitcases. Rest 2 min btw.
