METCON:

WOD: 500m Row then

3 Pushups, 3 DB Snatch (each arm),

6 PU, 6 DB Snatch,

9 PU, 9 DB Snatch,

12 PU, 12 Snatch,

15 PU, 15 Snatch then

200 SU.
