From 6:00-9:00, AMRAP of:
Toes-to-Bars
*3 Hang Cleans
Every time you come off the bar for the toes-to-bar, perform 3 Hang Cleans. 

Scale: T2B=>K2W

Notes: Stimulus = Muscle Endurance. Part 1 will determine WOD weight. Part A is total reps, if you finish 12-9-6 start over. At the 6 min mark switch to T2B, 2 Scores for WOD.
