Rows should be heavier than press, but still moderate weight.

12 Thrusters,

12 C2B,

200m row,

rest 2 minutes

Rx 95/65, L2 75/55, L1 65/45

For WOD try for unbroken sets or 2 sets, eg 6 and 6 short rest, each round the same time  Scale C2B to regular pullups or jumping C2B
