Strength: EMOM 10 – Odd 3-5 Strict Pullups, Even – 3-5 Strict Pushups (weighted)

WOD: “Clueless”

5 RFT – 100m Run, 10 Pushups, 100m Run, 10 Pullups

Notes: EMOM will get you warm for the WOD. Use the run as a recovery but don’t jog, you want to push hard but not so hard you can’t move right into the next exercise.
