2 Step Back Lunges (each Leg), 2 T2B, 20 DU,

4 Lunges, 4 T2B, 20 DU,

6 Lunges, 6 T2B, 20 DU, and so on.

METCON:

5 x 5 Ring Rows, 5 x 5 Pushups/Neg, 5 x 5 K2W strict.

WOD: AMRAP 20 – 750m Row, 50 Step Overs, 25 WBS.
