Clean Complex – 2 Power Clean, 1 Hang Squat Clean. Build to Hvy set, then 3 more at that weight.

WOD: “Hawkeye”

5 RFT of 5 Power Cleans, 5 Front Squats, 20 Abmat Situps.

Use 80% of weight from Strength.

** People that go lighter do 10 Front Squats
