Notes: Split Jerks РModerate across all 5 sets.

WOD = Heavy Sprint. Should be able to do 5 TNG Power Cleans with your weight when rested, not necessarily during WOD.

Stay steady and try to keep moving. If you go light it will be more of an all out sprint.
