Part 2: Partner Death by KBS/Goblet Squats.
Min 1 – P1 does 1 KBS then P2 does 1 Goblet Sq, alternate exercises every minute.
Min 2 – P2 does 2 KBS then P1 does 2 Goblet Sq and so on.
When you can’t complete the required reps, rest 1 minute and work back down to 1 until all teams have started to work back down.
Notes: Push so your partner has time for their work. Work with your regular KB weight.
