Part 1: Snatch – 5 sets of 3 Power Snatch, 3 Squat Snatch (add weight on set 3 and 5) 

Part 2: 5 RFT of 21 Situps, 15 Air Squats, 9 Power Snatch.

RX 95/65, L2 75/45, L1 65/35

Scale: Part 1 -> all Power Snatch and/or same weight across all 5 sets

Notes: Stimulus = Endurance/pacing.

Part 1 build to a moderate weight (No failed reps) Part 2 should be constant movement with minimal rest except transitions. Weight should be a weight you can do touch and go for all 9 reps.
