Partner WOD – P1 20 Cal Row, P2 – 10 Burpee Pullups, 10 V-Ups.

Switch after each row. Workout stops after 200 Cal rowed. Score is Time and Reps

METCON:

3×10 BB Front Squats, 3×10 BB Press, 5 x :45 sec Plank

WOD: 20 Cal Row then 3 RFT of 10 Burpees, 10 Ring Rows, 10 Suitcases then 20 Cal Row
