1.) Increase loading across as many sets as possible.
2.) Rest around 2:00 between sets.
3.) Complete as many sets as possible without dropping the bar in between reps.

Build to heavy sets of 5 unbroken power snatches. Rest 2:00 in between sets and increase weight across as many sets as you can. Work on staying smooth through your sets and try not to rush the rest into the next rep. Pay specific attention to your footwork and your ability to land with your arms locked out. If you find yourself landing weight or with bent arms considering breaking up that set or reducing the weight.
