Strength: Every 90 sec for 8 Rounds – 3 C2B Pullups & 3 Ring Dips. Scaled 5 Hard Ring Rows & 5 Strict Push-ups / Negatives

WOD: “Repost”

9 -7 -5 of Ring MU (Bar MU or HRPU x 2), Deadlifts w/ 50 DU(150 SU) after each set.

RX 275/195, L2 225/155, L1 185/135

Notes: Strength part of class is an excellent workout to build your MU strength. Heavy Deadlifts, focus on form over speed. 

METCON

3 x 8 Par Dips, 3 x 10m Plank Walks (Left/Right),3 x 1 Lap Farmers Carry HAP.

WOD: 3 rounds of AMRAP 5 of 10 HRPU, 10 KB DL, 50 SU. Rest 2 minutes between.
