Goal: 7-10 rounds. Rx requires you to hold a push-up plank or a side plank with a straight arm. Today’s workout is meant to be a simple workout, especially compared to the “Filthy 50.” You have the opportunity to attack this workout however you like. You can blitz the first few runs and then just simply try to hold on. Alternatively, you can attempt to hold a consistent pace across all rounds. Challenge: Complete all rounds of the plank hold unbroken. Scaling the plank hold to the elbows is OK and encouraged. That being said, try to get at least 1 round unbroken while maintaining a straight arm plank in the push-up position.
