• Enjoy today’s heavy day and the overall reduction in intensity and volume. Yesterday’s workout and tomorrow’s workout are much higher volume. Today gives you a chance to recover specific areas of your body while focusing on overall strength development.
• Considering partnering up with other athletes based on relative strength and height. If you want you can take the weight from the ground for an extra challenge.
• We will have a faster paced general warm-up to get you out of breath and very warm before reviewing the split jerk in the specific warm-up.
