Strength: 5×15 Good AM’s, Rest 2 min between, Light weight

WOD: “Exiled”
10 RFT – 5 Burpees,
7 T2B (14 K2W),
9 Air Squats

Notes: Take your time on the good mornings, pause for at least 1 second.

You should be able to move quickly through each exercise during the WOD making this more of a sprint.

METCON

5 x 15 BB Good AM’s, 5 x 10 K2W Rest 2 min.

WOD: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of Burpees, T2Rack, Goblet Squats.
