Scale: For newer athletes to hang C&J at lighter weight.
Notes: Stimulus = Strength/Endurance. Part 1 is a warm-up for Part 2. Make sure there is plenty of rest. Part 2 is a heavy Grace, you should choose a weight you can do steady singles with and complete 4-6 reps per minute.
