Part 1: Clean & Split Jerk Warm-up. 15 min to build to WOD weight in sets of 3 or 4, rest 2+ min btw

Part 2:

For Time: 30 Clean & Split Jerks.

RX 185/135, L2 155/105, L1 135/85

Scale: For newer athletes to hang C&J at lighter weight.

Notes: Stimulus = Strength/Endurance. Part 1 is a warm-up for Part 2. Make sure there is plenty of rest. Part 2 is a heavy Grace, you should choose a weight you can do steady singles with and complete 4-6 reps per minute.
