Strength: Hang Squat Clean – Skill & Warm-up

WOD: Hang Squat Clean 1-1-1-1-1

Notes: 1st part of class is to work on form, speed under the bar and warm up. We want 5 good attempts at a 1RM. Rest at least 2 minutes between attempts.

METCON:

3×10 DB Press, 3 x 10 T & I’s.

WOD: AMRAP 15 – 15 Goblet Squats, 15 SDHP, 100 Speed Steps.
