Part 1: Back Squats Warmup 2-3 rounds of 5 Backsquats building to 60-70% 1RM.
Part 2: Back Squats – 1,1,1,1,1 to establish a 1RM. Starting at about 75%. Rest 2-3 min.
Notes: You should be warmup up to at least 70-75% in part 1. No need to rush treps, rest at least 2-3 minutes.
Scale: Newer people can do part 1 the same, Part 2 will be 5×5 building to moderate. Can use a box to make sure form is good.
