EMOM add 1 Thruster, when done EMOM :30 Plank until everyone finished.

METCON:

3×10 KB DL, 3×10 Pushups.

WOD:Death by Burpees. EMOM add 1 burpee. then EMOM :30 Plank until everyone finished
