Build to 70% Clean 1RM in  3-4 sets, then 3 @ 70%

WOD: “Easy boy”

5 RFT – 10 Deadlifts, 10 Cleans, 10 Burpees over bar, 25 DU’s (75 SU).

RX 135/95, L2 115/75, L1 95/55

METCON:

Tabata Flutter Kicks, Tabata Plank, Tabata Supermans.

WOD 10 RFT – 10 KB DL, 10 KBS, 5 Burpees, 50 SU.
